Here you will find all the info you may need regarding my commisions. I hope to work with you soon!

Commission Pricing

For model retexture work, I go based off a rate of $25 per hour. That is a flat rate for both avatars and clothes/props.After seeing the character or clothes/props that will be retextured and their complexity, I will provide you with an estimate on the time it will take and how much the total price would estimate out to.The estimate is not a set price though. If it takes me less or more time when working on your retexture, the end price can be lower or higher than initially stated.

Commission Process

To start it all off, contact me!
At the bottom of the page you will find many different ways to contact me! We can talk about what you have in mind and what a price estimate from me would look like. I will also ask for any reference images at this time well.Once we've talked the commission out and have agreed on what is going to be done and you've gotten your price estimate, I will send you an invoice. For any work to begin, I will require a deposit of 1 hour on the invoice. The rest will be paid upon completion.During the process:
I will ask any questions that may come up as well as show WIP’s when needed, as to make sure that what you receive is something you are 100% satisfied with!Upon completion:
You will be shown the full retexture from multiple angles(if needed) and once you are satisfied with the final outcome, then you will be required to send the remainder of the payment on the invoice! Once I have confirmed that the full payment has been made, I will send the files to you!

Terms of Service

  • The Client does NOT receive the right to reproduce or use the commissioned image in any manner for purposes of training generative artificial intelligence technologies.

  • The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission for any reason.

  • The Artist reserves the right to cancel and refund any commission at any time.

  • If the Client wishes to cancel their commission after work has already begun, they may be issued a partial refund, negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

  • The Artist reserves the right to display any commissioned work on any personal site, gallery, or journal. The Client may request the public showcase be delayed for reasons such as a time-sensitive event, or the commission being a gift.
    The Client may request commissioned work not be displayed at all for an additional +30% fee to the total price

  • The Client may repost commissioned work to their personal site(s), provided artist credit is visibly displayed

  • The Artist reserves full rights to the commissioned work, including its distribution and its use.

  • Commissioned images are personal use only; the Client may NOT use commissioned images for commercial use or profit

  • The Client must read, understand, and agree to all listed terms before conducting business with the Artist.
    By sending payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all listed terms.

What will I work on?

  • What I will do:
    Re-texture or make brand new textures for:
    avatars
    props
    clothes

  • What I won't do:
    Re-map UV's on a model
    Make edits to the actual model shape
    Make fully customs models (for now!)

Additional Information

  • Personal information (such as e-mail) is collected for the sole purpose of sending an invoice. I do not and will not ever share or sell this information to a third party
    For purposes of record keeping, I save the e-mail provided for invoice billing in a spreadsheet. This is the only personal info I record, as it’s already listed in the PayPal billing. I will remove the copy in my records upon request

  • The Client is required to provide colored visual reference of the character.
    Written descriptions are ok as secondary material. But I will not design anything new for your character without prior discussion between us.

Payment

  • All prices are in USD ($)

  • All payment will be done through paypal invoices.

  • There is an initial deposit of 1 hour required to start work once your commission has been reached in the queue.

  • Upon completion of work by the Artist and approved by the Client, the remaining payment will be required before any files are sent to the Client.
